According to “Environmental Health” (2019); there are six main environmental influences related to health care:

    • “Leads to premature death, cancer and long-term damage to respiratory and cardiovascular systems”

    • “Mild to severe illness may occur”
  • “Toxic substances and hazardous wastes”
