Assignment Format

  1. Assignment should have complete, well written sentences, correct punctuation, a clear pattern of organization, and minimal grammatical or spelling errors.
  1. Assignment must be typed, single or double spaced, with normal margins. Use a standard font (Arial, Times New Roman, etc.) and size 10 or 12 point.

Interview a coach of your choice, (middle school, high school, college, AAU, etc.), using the following questions as a guideline. You can add other relevant questions as appropriate.

  1. Describe your coaching style and philosophies.
  1. How have your styles and philosophies changed over the years?
  1. How do you manage the different personalities within your team?
  1. What kind of team rules and policies do you have with your team?
  1. What advice do you have for someone wanting to get into coaching?
