it is clear that he lacks effective leadership qualities to ensure that Fyre Media realizes its goals and objectives. He also lacks the basic leadership qualities to lead and to inspire others. He believes in taking shortcuts and is not afraid to take illegal steps to succeed. His failure to adhere to the advice that was provided by experts in different sectors
and decision not to pay his employees after the festival had flopped clearly shows why he is not fit to lead. Exhibit A shows how a better decision making criteria would be used at Fyre Media
